Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026 · Vetta is made by Samet Birlik, an individual developer in New Jersey, USA · Legal name and postal address available on request: [email protected]

The short version. Be 13 or older. Log real workouts. Be decent to your league. Coins are play money: they never turn into cash and never buy points. Vetta sells nothing today. We can remove content and people who break the rules, and you can leave or delete your account at any time. Using Vetta means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

4. Community rules

Vetta is a place to compete with friends, not to hurt anyone. Photos, messages, names, handles and case answers may not contain:

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that is reported or flagged is reviewed by a person and, if it breaks these rules, removed within 24 hours, and the member responsible may be removed from Vetta. Every member can report any content or member and block any member from inside the app; blocking is mutual. Chat messages from members under 16 are also screened automatically and may be hidden. Messages from older members may be checked for sexual content, hate slurs and threats too, only while the chat says so.

6. Coins

7. Purchases and Vetta Plus

8. Leagues are not contests for prizes

9. Health and safety

10. Ending your account

11. What we promise, and what we don't

12. Apple

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New Jersey, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either side may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court instead. If you live in Turkey, the mandatory consumer protections of Turkish law still apply to you.

14. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Vetta after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
